Return/Refund/Exchange Policy:-

Your complete shopping satisfaction is our no. 1 Priority. We want you happy each and every time you buy from us. However if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation:-

  1. ODHNISAREES is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have placed an order with us.
  2. In any situation that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective. Or if ordered product delivered from us is different from what you had ordered. You may return the product unused with all original tags and packing and in the same condition as you received it for the exchange of product or amount refund.
  3. Customized orders will not be taken back and can’t be refunded as we make the product especially for you according to your measurement.
  4. If the product is same as per image and in good condition and the buyer still wants to return so in such case buyer have to pay return shipping charges also with 10% amount deduction on product value.

Never send back any product without consulting with us. It’s very important that you DONOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such products. Always report each and every problem associated with your order at the same time. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variation in your order.

Process for return of Product:-

Most products are returnable to our store to check which products cannot be returned in our stores please call to our customer care no.  You may call to our customer care no. for return or exchange of product and we will arrange for the products/items to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to receipt of the order at our location in unused condition with its original packaging along with tags and invoice. If unable to return all belonging with product so return/exchange/refund is not possible.

Before accepting delivery of any order, please ensure that the packing has not been damaged or tampered. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition or if the packing is tampered or damaged so refused to take delivery of the package, and call to our customer care no. or you can mail us at amyra@odhnisarees.com . Mentioning your order details and we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

While we shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you as soon as possible. We want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with any product you order from ODHNISAREES.COM.

In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to the item, if we are unable to exchange or replace the item. The replacement item will be shipped to you at no additional shipping charge.

If you return any product purchased on odhnisarees.com and replacement product is not available as per your choice on the ODHNISAREES.COM. You shall be issued a  credit note against your order which may be redeemed against any purchase of an equivalent amount from ODHNISAREES.COM Please note that the original credit note and credit note no. must be produced while redeeming against any purchases. We shall not be responsible in the event the original credit note is misplaced or destroyed.

The issue of the  credit note, to the person returning the merchandise, against the returned merchandise shall be sufficient discharge to ODHNISAREES.COM for the return of the merchandise, regardless of whether the payment for the original purchase was made by credit card, or through any other means.

If you requested a return/exchange through courier collection, at time of collecting the merchandise. You will be given a courier airway bill, which is to be retained for future references. Please also keep a copy of the sales invoice/order copy for future reference, before handover the return parcel and original sales invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier/mail after processing of your return/exchange request.

Exchange through courier collection shall only be done, for items with exactly the same price as the item being returned. Please indicate clearly the replacement item requested and our executive will check and confirm if the product is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made.

After the merchandise is received by  and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products we shall process a refund/exchange within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise.

You can get your amount refund in form of store credit only and the store credit amount will adjust in your new orders.

While ordering on internet or from the catalogue we suggest that customers should be extra careful of following:

Red, maroon, orange and firozi colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you try yourself to take a photograph from a digital camera or scan red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor. Through imaging technology has advanced, still no full proof solution to this problem is available at the moment. Many times green and blue also overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colors.
